3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Bilston location. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment, along with a security deposit, is usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Bilston Car Collection & Return
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage right away. A vehicle condition report will be generated and signed by both parties. When returning the vehicle, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it was collected, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and associated charges will be applied. The vehicle should also be returned with the same fuel level as at collection; otherwise, refueling charges will apply. Late returns may result in additional fees, so please notify us promptly if you expect to return the vehicle late. You are liable for damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount unless you have opted for additional coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure compliance with passenger and weight limits, and obtain proper authorization before driving outside agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bilston will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
